Val made the decision that he would go out and find a mate to bring back with him to the pack. After 3 more long and lonely years he was unable to find a female dog to bring back with him. Val decided that he would go back home instead of continuing on alone. As Val made it home he was informed that while he was away a terrible fire scorched his families territory and no one knew where they were or even if they were still alive. Months went by with Val wandering alone when he stumbled upon Sinister's Alleyway Pack.
