Welcome to Back in Business! This is an adoption-type game that encourages the use of characters you obtain through here!
Be sure to read up on the rules, and all of the information regarding getting your founder!

Rules
General rules:
-Be kind/respectful to others
-Do not steal other people's characters
-All CS rules apply

BIB rules:
-Only ONE business per person is allowed right now
-For now, only 1 founder per person
-All prompts must be CS appropriate!
-Threads/sites must be made within the month to keep your founder ferret!
-If you run out of space, you must level up ASAP!
-If you wish to kill off a ferret, post to the archives so I can mark them as deceased
-If doing art for a prompt, please put effort into it and make it recognizable

Designs:
-You MUST ask the artist to use the ferrets' original ref anywhere
-If given the ok, you must credit them for the design
-The ferrets will have natural colors, maybe semi-natural markings (only because I lack solid knowledge of ferret markings hh, but nothing like a butterfly on the shoulder or something like that), but honestly they can have whatever eye color
-Do not modify the design
-If you're banned from BIB, you can keep your ferrets, but you will be unable to participate in BIB or any events (They will be marked as deceased)
-In some cases, ferrets may be readopted, such as being banned from ChickenSmoothie.
-Mutations (like Albino ferrets) and physical disabilities (Blindness, Deafness, missing limb, etc.) will not be available to get as a founder ferret, and they typically won't be available for regular adopts. For any physical disability, that would need to be rolled for as a scar.

Trading/gifting:
-You must have your ferret for 2 weeks before trading
-Trades/gifts made must be confirmed by posting on the original ferret's page, and on the archive
-If a ferret is gifted to you, you may only gift or readopt it.
-Ferrets can be traded for any currency except money, unless they are a gift. (Gifted ferrets may only be traded)

Staff rules:
-Please follow the same rules as above!
-Please be active to the best of your ability
-you can open customs for 5 slots twice a month for whatever currency (besides money of course)
-Please finish customs ASAP before opening any others
-Try to judge prompts asap (let me know if you can't judge within the month).
-Breedings (once they're open) should be free
-Whenever you make a ferret, just put a basic description where you can!
-Birthday customs and a free custom every 3 months are available as long as you stay active (and have the space of course)

Leveling
To level, the prompt requirements must be met. NPCs, Deceased, and other players' ferrets may be used (with permission), but your own living ferrets must be the focus. After you have completed the given tasks, be sure to post to the archive! c:

All levels will have certain goal you need to reach before leveling up. For your convenience, I turned each of the levels into a checklist that you can X out as you complete!

You won't have to wait to start leveling up more, but if the response doesn't fit the prompt somehow, or meet a requirement, I'll message you and let you know.

Level 0
Total Ferrets: 1 (founder)
- Create a thread/site [ ]
- Get your founder [ ]
- Describe your business's territory (100+ words) [ ]

Level 1
Total Ferrets: 4 (1 founder)
- Draw (Minimum flatcolor with a background) or write (200+ words) about your founder meeting a new member! [ ]
- List the rules that your business must follow (Can be a list, must be 50+ words total) [ ]
- Write your founder a personality or history (200+ words) [ ]

Level 2
Total Ferrets: 6 (1 founder)
- Describe your business's ranking system (200+ words) [ ]
- Write or draw a scene about a ferret moving up in the ranks (200+ words for writing) [ ]
- Describe a ceremony or tradition your business follows or does (100 words) [ ]

Level 3
Total Ferrets: 10 (1 founder)
- Write a history about how the business was founded (200+ words) [ ]
- Give a ferret in your business a personality or a history (200+ words per prompt) [ ]
- Write or draw a scene of your choice (200+ words)

Level 4
Total Ferrets: 15 (1 founder)
- Write (200+ words) or draw a scene about your ferret getting injured, or being treated for their injuries. [ ]
- Write about how at least 2 ferrets are an important part of how the business runs (200+ words total) [ ]
- Give a ferret in your business a personality or a history (200+ words per prompt) [ ]

Level 5
Total Ferrets: 17 (1 founder)
- Write or draw a scene of someone finding love (200+ words) [ ]
- Write or draw a scene of someone making a friend, or how they met one of their friends! (200+ words) [ ]
- Write about or draw a scene of one of your ferrets communicating with their ancestors for the first time (200+ words) [ ]

Level 6+
Total Ferrets: 20 (1 founder)
For every level onward, you may have +5 ferrets
- Write a personality and history for two of your ferrets (200+ words each) [ ]
- Describe the relationship between two of your ferrets (150+ words each) [ ]
- Write about one of your ferret's reputation. Do they have one? (50+ words) [ ]
- Write or draw a scene of your choosing (200+ words) [ ]
