This vaiki was previously owned by OutdatedBoombox, who will be helping to judge this competition. They would like to have this vaiki remain part of the family; here is a personality blurb they provided for their sibling, Cyanea:


Cyanea is extremely intelligent but beyond lazy. She's extremely easygoing and generally a very happy vaiki. She loves jellyfish.


Cyanea is a dwarf vaiki due to a size potion, but this vaiki is a growing kid since their parents are full sized! Their parents are Lulu and Anai.

Walker is a pretty outgoing kid, who loves to make friends and swimming. He is the captain of his swimming team. He likes fish, a lot. He is very competitive and enjoys races, on land and in water. He is very energetic, unlike Cyanea, and likes to get up very early to go jogging. He adores icecream and donuts, as well.
Relationships:
Cynthea
Walker has an awkward relationship with his sibling, due to their contrasting personalities. He is always trying to get Cyanea to come along with him to his swimming team meets but he knows it's basically a doomed quest. Still, he can tolerate her. He even enjoys going to the aquarium with her.

Kuma
One of his best friends and a fellow member of his swimming team, Kuma and Walker are very close. They hang out at Kuma's house mostly, because of his large swimming pool. Walker loves to use one of Kuma's floaties and relax with a box of donuts to share.

Since Cassi is still a growing girl, her personality hasn't fully evolved; what I can tell you is that, on the surface, she is a nature-loving vaiki, who is an inspiring writer. She receives her best ideas when she's out in the world, either on the beach, in the forest, or atop a mountain. Rain or shine, Cassi is outside scribbling down pages upon pages of literature.

Underneath the surface, Cassi is the shy-silent type; mostly because she is a mute. Cassi has been a mute for about two years now.
She doesn't like explaining to others how or why she doesn't speak; some assume it was because of a childhood trauma.
Her sister, Cyanea and her best friend are the only ones who know the true story of how Cassi lost her voice.

Despite this set-back, Cassi is still able to communicate via sigh-language and, most often then not, her writing.

Cyan been at Cassi's side through thick and thin. She was there at Cassi's bedside when she fell terribly ill, she was there when they realized that Cassi's voice-cords were so severely damaged by said illness that she's never be able to talk normally again.
Their parents were lucky to have children that got along well with each-other.

Cassi has never gotten angry at Cyan's laziest, in fact she's glad to have someone in her life who is so down to earth. Sometimes doing nothing is better than doing something. Cyan helps Cassi relax when she over works herself; the two of them laying in a pile of blankets in front of Cyan's jellyfish tank, just enjoying each others company.

Cassi is currently writing a short story for her sister titled " The Jellyfish Who Slept Through a Hurricane ".

Pukia || Best Friend

Cassi and Pukia have been friends for almost four years. They had met each other at the beach one summer's day.

Cassi had tried to persuade her sister in joining her in the water, but to no avail. Accepting the fact that she was going swimming alone, Cassi had set out into the water, that's when she ran/swam into Pukia. Pukia had explained to Cassi that she was trying to become a fish, asking her if she'd like to try becoming one with her.

Fast forward two years later, they were like two halves of a whole. Whenever Cassi wasn't writing or spending time with her sister, Pukia and Cassi were outside near the water, creating worlds all their own.

It was around this time Cassi started coming down with an illness. It had gotten so bad that she became bedridden. Pukia made it her mission to see her as often as she could, telling Cassi about her day or the dreams she'd had the night before. When Cassi lost her voice, she was afraid she'd lose her closes and only friend.

No longer bedridden, her parents explained to Pukia that Cassi could not speak because of the damage the illness had caused, despite Cassi's fears about losing her friend Pukia had smiled and told her that they'd be together forever, no matter the circumstances.

Cassi had written a small poem for her friend about a little girl who became a fish titled " Breathing Air Is Boring " .

Aerwyna is Cassi's sign language teacher. They met soon after Cassi was well enough to return to her daily life.
Aerwyna was eighteen at the time she was asked to tutor the young vaiki.

Over the span of two years, Cassi has grown to enjoy Aerwyna's company, comfortable enough with her ability to sign her wants and needs rather then write everything out. Cassi still prefers to communicate through writing around her family and friends, but she is trying to convert to the ladder.

Actassi And Cyanea Contradict One Another, But Like With Any Other Relationship, Their Discrepancies Rebalance Each Other; Making For A Close Relationship. Cyanea Helps Actassi To Become A Stronger Person And Hopefully In Time, She Will Say The Same Towards Him. As Siblings, They Can Comprehend One Another In Certain Circumstances That Nobody Else Could. Although Parents Are Useful In Helping To Resolve Most Troubles, Peers Generally Tend To Get Through Vastly Better. An Example To Such; If He Has A Question At All About Marine Animals, Then He'll Go To Cyanea, If He Has A Hypothetical Question About Doing The Least Possible, But Getting The Best, He'll Go To Cyanea. It's Straightforward, It's Genuine.

Their relationship was tested in the spring and summer when they were forced to spend six weeks apart Due To Actassi's recovery. That was by far the longest time they have ever been apart; all without communicating directly with one another anyway. Whilst he was always aware of just how much he loved his sister, the six weeks showed just how much the relationship actually meant to him. Their meeting afterward was among His greatest experiences ever, as well as a recollection that Actassi will never forget. His sister and him have no perfect relationship, and they fight a good part of the time, but then they will find some way to poke fun at it in the end.

Aeluuin Used To Be Like A Big Brother To Actassi, They Had Such A Powerful Bond. Everyday Was Filled With The Addiction Of Thrill And Promise, Until Aeluuin Decided To Reward Him With A Trip To The Deepest Caves;

Actassi Still Remembers The Shock Of Sudden Drowning As The Tunnel System Collapsed And Water Flooded In. Terror Filling His Veins As He Struggled Against The Currents, Only Caring For The Need To Expel Himself From This Cold Tomb. With His Lungs Burning, He Was Able To Make It Out. The Thing That Stuck Was He Couldn't Bring Himself To Help Aeluuin, Right In Front Of Him He Was Barely Keeping His Head Above The Surface. Thankfully A Team Helped Both Of Them Out Of There.

When Actassi Confronted Aeluuin Of His Fear, Aeluuin Was Stunned To Know He Would Have Drowned If Not For Reinforcements; That Actassi Had Seen And Let Him Struggle All Due To A Seemingly Childish Fear. A Understanding On Their Terms Never Occurred, This Drew Them Apart Much More Then Most Would Assume. They Finally Decided Part While Still On Respectable Terms. Aeluuin Has Genuinely Forgiven Actassi, However, He's Just Grown Too Sullen To Freely Admit It.
