I would have to say a scary friend.
It's a really cool design though - I'm always a sucker for skeletal/mechanical themes. I'd love to know more about this character? Kinda reminds me of the argonian race from the Elder Scrolls - except he stares directly into my soul. Which is quite a powerful thing to have captured in a drawing!
