New oc | Kestrel

A new oc idea, a cat based boy, although I'm unsure of his name. I'm leaning towards Kestrel right now, or possibly Luce, although I'm not sure. The gem around his neck keeps him alive but that's all I have on him so far.

Ideas would be nice for his background and personality. <3
