How does this work?
edit and draw me a good kitty, give them a name, some personality, backstory if you wish and I'll send some rares your way for them! I won't offer if I'm not interested. DOES NOT have to be drawn on oekaki. Just has to be posted here! ^-^
NOTE:
You have the right to turn down my offer but you MUST allow me to offer! The character then belongs to me!
