There is a certain feeling that resonates within Cicero. A sense of belonging somewhere and yet not being able to reach said location, in his case due to some mostly physical limitations. However impossible it may sound and seem to others, that is where he dreams of going. In his eyes, that place is the deep blue sea.

After his transformation, he didn't really manage to retain that many memories of his past life, but one thing is for sure. Something was calling him towards the sea. He recalls the first time he, albeit accidentally, reached a shoreline. Everything from the sea spray to the vast horizon seemed familiar. But the moment he tried diving in, he realised he lacked the ability to swim, much less float. He rushed out and sat quite a few feet back, to dry off. His disappointment was great, but he wasn't swayed. He visited it from time to time, observing for hints pointing to how he could solve his "buoyancy" issues. Overtime, he zoned in on what looked like a small port which admittedly wasn't very frequented, but provided sufficient visual material to give him some information and a couple of ideas.

Then, he proceeded to attempt anything that could come to his mind, most noteworthy instances beingthe times he tried to use anything raft-like at his disposal, most of which tipped under his weight and forced him into panicked thrashing to pull himself out of the water, and when he snuck onto a couple of ships, only to be shortly discovered and chased out.

He is now stuck, seeking a way to his dream. He aims to rediscover himself before he entirely forgets the last traces of who he once was.
