Fall is a lot of our favorite season. The way the leaves change colors as life prepares to go on hold, how the wind seems to dance far faster and lighter, the way things just seem to live to the fullest as they prepare for the time they won’t be able to. Of course, I love it for these reasons as wel, but there is more, far more, to it.
For the easiest, simplest reason? Look at my pelt- the cool winds feel nice to one so covered as I. And more, in the fall I blend in with the surroundings far more than in any other season.
But more than that, autumn is the season of plenty- the time of harvest, time for fattening up, changing, evolving, improving.
Fall is when I- and my pack- never go hungry, no matter the conditions, for fall is a time of joy and collection.
Fall is the time for betterment of all sorts.

Deep inside me, there's ambition. A desire to keep up with everything around me, to win, to dominate. Spring through autumn, it feels like a fire is burning in my heart. I am burning, and the world ist burning, and sometimes I feel like it will burn until nothing is left but ashes.

Then there's that one time in the year, when the world has seemingly decided that for once, things can be slow. When the last leaves have fallen and the land is covered in a white sheet, dampening that everburning fire. When winter comes, and all life around me falls into a deep sleep, I too feel tired.

Everything is frozen, frozen in time. It is often hard for me to think clearly, to catch a break from the unceasing sensations around me. But when I sit in the snow, staring at the sun setting and reflecting its light all around me...I feel like everything is okay, just like it is. It is quiet. There are no sounds, strong smells or quick movements diverting my attention. No fear that there is something important that I would miss if I just close my eyes for a moment. In such a moment, I can be content. Not euphoric, not depressed. Just content. And sometimes, I don't need anything else.

Snow is exactly Georgie’s style: fluffy, beautiful, and great to have some fun with. Georgie will never tire of constructing peculiar snow-creatures (she’s clever, but not exactly the best sculptor) or simply taking peaceful strolls through the blanket of cold.
