I'd recommend referencing a collar of that sort- but I think it'd look better if the collar looked more artificial to kind of contrast the face a little bit. The eyes look a little awkward- I don't know exactly what it is, but it's hard to tell which direction the dog is looking. You did an excellent job on the nose, the most I can say about that is to maybe add small details and zoom in on it a little bit.
As for the ears, maybe add a little more texture? They look a little out of place. When you're starting to finish up, I'd recommend looking at types of lighting to really give it a nice finish.
