Who's that pokemon?
It's Loafeon!

Really just an umbreon in that classic 'loafing cat' position. And with lop ears. Goodness, that's cute.
I decided to use an eye style with that pixel sparkle aesthetic that I like, as well as color it similarly to Sagutoyas' (YT) style.
