im not good at teaching so oof
i made two, one on a more nicer looking art style and one on more cartoony ones

so ok for this one i added a basic drawing of the character you originally drew
with a step by step process
i also added the way to draw hair, look at pictures of hair drawings and you see that they are normally thick groups of hairs that merge together into one lock of hair, not individual hairs separated (god this is hard to teach, you are better off looking at tutorials)
uh maybe i should just skip this one oof because im stupid and i prefer my other tutorial (mostly because i spent like an hour on it)
but i tried and i hope it can help just a lil bit

ok so i got annoyed with my pen so uhh i kinda left it off there uhh so i guess i will just write
basically uhh ignore everything i just said and uhhh go crazy and idk i will tell you what i did though, i just look at art styles i like and just take certain things from it until i like what i have (i took a lot of the style from things like garfield, adventure time, jakeneutrons art and many other things and i mix it into something i like and practice till i get good enough that it turns into something of its own, but dont just steal someones art completely like taking the entire artstyle and concepts etc, just use them as a guide of what you like and dont
idk its weird but remember it takes time to get good, find an art style you can use comfortably and enjoy, if you wanna get real good unlike me then realism and the basics is the best way to start
