Adoptables are pre-made designs that can be adopted by filling out a form. They are free, but are usually simple designs and color palettes. Requests and customs are to be taken to this thread. Designs, edits, and rarities are completely up to the artist.
You may NOT sell, trade, or gift without explicit permission from the creators. ALL CS Oekaki rules apply! If you want take it offsite, you MUST have clear permission and you MUST credit the artist and designer.
