Anyways! This is Phlegethon, or Pyriphlegethon, or Pleggy, as I like to call him. He's one of the princes of Hell and is named after (or the river is named after him) the river Phlegethon, the river of fire.
Honestly, this boi is a nightmare. Sassy, rude, 'fiery', he's nearly always getting on Crypt's nerves due to starting fights and setting fire to the table. Still, no one can annoy Crypt as much as Sitri does.
On a random note, the thing on the end of his tail was nicknamed 'the Devil's thistle' by Oceanus.
