2 - flames go down both shoulders - taken by cloudpelt
3 - horns float too - taken by cloudpelt
4 - uses magic to get things in/out of bottles - taken by te4 p4rty.
I'm also open to making reference sheets of these children with proportions a little bigger than chibi, we can discuss pricing for that if you're interested ^^
