Hi! I love the dog tons, but I'm only taking entries that are made with the base given..

I believe Nedbit meant that you have to use the base, but can transfer it off oekaki to another art program if it's easier for you to draw with. <3

not to interrupt but downloading the base used's PDF might help to do it off oekaki but following the rules of the contest
