you're walking around the carnival when you see a buttermilk dressed up as a vampire standing proudly in front of a ... not so well made wheel. he gives you a grin and waves you over excitedly.
"hiya! I'm north- welcome to my booth! don't be scared by the costume, I just love dressing up! halloween is one of my most favorite holidays!"
north continues to ramble on, before finally you ask him about his booth. at least he seems excited to explain it.
"oh! of course! well, it's simple! you give me a ticket and I'll spin this wheel here for you- and wherever it lands, you get the coins that correspond! you can spin the wheel as much as you like, but each extra spin costs you another ticket!" north gets a devious look in his eye now, as he begins to whisper. "sometimes, I might hold a special 'event', where you can spin the main wheel, and spin another smaller wheel to go double or nothing! it doesn't happen all the time, so keep an eye out... well, now that you know what my booth is, why not give it a spin?"
