Basics
Okay,, I'm tired of numbering my critiques in posts lol,, so first of all you should use a reference or references. It helps out a ton with art. You can also include a simple skeleton in your sketch, a boxed ribcage, points where the joints are, and stuff like that. You can also look up tutorials.
Anatomy
Cat ears aren't complete points, they round off, and the bodu was a bit off. Bringing the head up gives them a more natural pose. When anything brings its head up, the front of the neck stretches and the back retracts, vice versa. Keep this in mind when drawing anything. Also, I added the color of the nose to the ear to give it a more natural look. Giving the eye a bit of shine adds more life to your drawing, whether it's shaded or not.

Your style used and I tried to replicate here reminds me a lot of defresh. Chubby legs especially. You should go check that out^^
