Your style is nice! There's always room for improvement and change, especially if you aren't happy with what you have. I would recommend adding more definition to the parts of the dog's body that have very long fur, but the way you do faces, especially the eyes and nose, look quite natural and are very pleasing to the eye. I'm not where i would like to be with my art myself (not even close haha) but never discourage yourself, if you pinpoint something about your art that you don't like, try to find why, and move to change it! I don't believe in perfect, but practice truly does help you get as close to perfect as you can get!
