Sorry for such a depressing piece. I try to keep everything bubbly here
(Mods if this is to graphic I can censor it, everything is on separate layers)
Anyway. I have what is referred to as "dissociative personality"
It is often caused by trauma and for years I didnt understand what it was. I just knew I was different in the way that I remembered things and withdrew when times got tough.
It is sometimes linked to multiple personality disorder (something I dont have)
Some cases are so extreme that the person will often "wake up" from a dissociative episode feeling as if they were asleep for weeks on end. Some have to take extra sensory steps to help them stay grounded.

I'm not an expert or a doctor so please always to your own research and tall to YOUR doctor about such things.

Sorry if this is ramble and inaccurate. I'm in an odd spot. When I'm feeling better I'll try to come back and edit this so it is more comprehensive.
