Entering adopt contests can give you a certain amount of points that you can accumulate to earn a custom.
Participants may or may not receive points. Runner-ups will receive more points than participants. Winners will receive no points.
note: not every contest will give out participation points!

runner-ups: maximum 3 pts

tier 1 custom (minimum complexity): 15 pts
tier 2 custom (moderate complexity): 30 pts
tier 3 custom (extreme complexity): 45 pts
