hailing from the arid planet Tyrius are the Teracons, a race of dragonlike humanoids known for both savage ferocity and amiable geniality - much like humans, in a way, which is why the two species have taken so well to each other. have you come to meet one?
first adopt! this one here is all oranges, but they've accented with a fancy karro-colored loincloth. this will be a naming competition - I want you to come up with a name that fits the Teracon naming rules.
naming wrote:although technically a Teracon could have any name you could think up, it is much more preferable if you choose one Teracons can actually pronounce. Teracons don't have very flexible lips like humans, so any letter requiring excessive use of lips is difficult for them to pronounce. the letter 'r' is pronounced like it is in Spanish, tapped slightly, or rolled.
the following phones are used by Teracons:
a [as in pot or pat] e [as in get] i [as in bee] o [as in go] u [as in boo] ! [follows a consonant, no specific noise but makes it harsher]
b [but pronounced with the tongue] d g h j k l n r rr s t th y z kkh [a sort of dry, hissed gargle]
thus, you could have a Teracon named John, though they'd spell it Jan, but not Michael. The closest you could get would probably be Baekal. Teracons, of course, come up with their own names, and you can too, or you can base it off of an Earth-originating name.
feel free to ask for clarification if you have difficulty with this. most Teracons choose their names, so you're expected to explain why they chose that name.

why did they choose this name: As a child, she learned the “kkh” sound first, and repeated it everywhere.
role: Nitrri tsir
