When her father died, her mother grew into a great grief and crowned Nīght Goddess of the Night before dying herself. Nīght was very sad indeed, but she took care of her home, lifting stars that were too low and waving dream mist away to good kids’ good dreams. Nīght was alone, but she liked it that way, as the peace and quiet calmed her. Some people say if you look into the night sky, you can still see her constellation, resting among the night sky.
