What happened-
This poor pup got run over by a car, and she was stiched up by the vet...But didn't quite make it. The smudged parts is her spirit leaving her body.
By the way, it did not take me this long, my internet shut down for a long time....

Well, what brought me to make this was my dicovery of the smudge tool. I put it on size '200', and accidentaly smudged my dog. To me, it kind of looked like its spirit floating away...So, I expanded on it.
