Your biggest problem is the pose, it's absolutely unnatural. Sure, I have definitely seen canines stand like this, but only the very old, very scared or very drugged will stand like this.
Canines are veeeery loose creatures, they stand with their paws spread evenly so that they can keep a steady balance and move quickly if need be. They hold their heads upright, for the most part, as they are predatory mammals and need to stay alert, even the most laid back dogs keep a strong posture like this unless they have hip issues or aren't feeling well.
The next think I see is just... Just anatomy, body structure. I assume you are only just starting to get serious about your art, either way, I would suggest taking images of canids and tracing over their body structure so you get an understanding of what their body looks like. It would also help to do a single line sketch from the head to the tail so that you can get an understanding of how their spine is positioned, which is very key in poses.
The hips on a canid are more like downward triangles than circles, think of each joint as a tip of the triangle, knee, hip socket and the ankle.
Paws are mostly curves, whereas your take seems to be more along the lines of small toe hills (mt. tiptoe haha), I might suggest you make a line connecting your toes to the leg, rather than simply drawing a trunk with toes.
Mostly, you just need some study and practice, I believe youll improve with great ease if you look into canine anatomy a bit. Just remember that everyone starts somewhere, and if you keep practicing I am positive you'll be very skilled at drawing canines. Sorry if I sound a bit too critical eheh, I think you have potential and I get a bit hype over that ahaha
If you need any more help, I would be glad to help out.
