I did not follow the color pallet exactly, because I personally can't work with that much neon easily. But I did use all the colors present

Would you like them to be neon? I personally don't find the looks too attractive, so I have a hard time drawing it. But this drawing obviously isn't for me, so I can maybe go over the pink or the flowers a bit if you want

could you make the pink a bit brighter so it doesnt blend into the blue as much? other then that, shes really cute.

There we go. I just used the "colormein" to make it. That way you can see both. I used the dropper tool on the pallet to get exactly the color you wanted this time around
