Alrighty so I'm putting this girl UFA!

Disclaimer
You by no means have to keep her connected to her parents and brother. If you want to take her out of the universe they're in completely that's totally fine! Though it'll probably give you brownie points to keep her with her family just because I'm all for keeping family connected. This was meant to be an in character breeding though.

So this is gonna be an impress me with some requirments. You'll find more info on what exact limits at the bottom of the post.

For anyone who plans to keep her with her family, here's a bit of info on them.

As some general info about the whole family they're set in medieval times and they don't really live anywhere. They sorta just travel as a group and find quick jobs helping people wherever they go and sometimes fighting when they need to. Castiel specializes in medicine and makes potions and such for when his mates or kids get hurt. Naomi is an archer. Addie has some daggers she uses when really necessary but most of the time she's really good at spying.

While she's no longer an assassin Addie still uses some of her skills when traveling with her family, like being stealthy. Knowing her surroundings well and surveying whats around her to get a feel of where she is helps too. Despite how horrible she can be, Addie has a strong sense of loyalty and would give her life for those she deems worthy of having her be loyal to them. She isn't the best mother, whereas her mates do most of the parenting she's more like a big goofy sibling to her kits, but she tries her best. She's always there for them despite not knowing how to be mature one bit.

Castiel is a calm semi mute Kalon with a heart of gold. Due to an accident when he was little it hurts him to talk, so he stays silent most of the time. He's the most loyal and faithful companion to his mates and kids and honestly is the biggest teddy bear. He's the one of the group to most often think before he leaps and figure out plans. He excels in making healing potions that often come in handy due to Addie's reckless behavior.

Naomi desperately likes to have a sense of what is right and wrong when she's doing anything. She holds herself to a high moral code and tries her best to set good examples for others. She tends to get very frustrated with herself when she can't do something right and often becomes snappy due to it. Despite this, she's a good friend and is always willing to fight for what she believes in. Most times when she gets angry she never directs it at anyone but herself, most often she can be found muttering to herself about how stupid that thing she just did was. Her anger also sometimes comes out in the form of needing to bicker with Addie over stupid things like eating too much of their food, though it's still clear she cares deeply for her. Addie's more of a handful than actual kids.

When Dawn is in public, she's usually found with her teacher, Cammo, and the rest of the kits in his dance and survival class. In public, Dawn is a brave little kit that seems to be unable to back down from any sort of fight. Though she is able to understand others and is able to make friends just fine, she's a loud blabbermouth. She seems to have some sort of issue with being outdone, and often times will sabotage others just so she can appear to be the best of the best. She's an attention hog, and feels as if she's in some sort of danger when she doesn't get attention. She feeds off attention and validation like it's all she eats, but she really is a good kid deep down. I wouldn't advise you to give her some sort of weapon, however. She is a bit aggressive sometimes.

When away from the public eye, Dawn seems to have her negative traits amplified, and her anger sometimes gets the better of her. The only one who's seen her go into this state is a teacher of her's who taught her how to use a knife. The deranged cult leader has seen Dawn when she's at her most cruel. When she's more alone, she tends to be impulsive, and often her anger controls her in a way that makes her want to injure others. She's not only sensitive to everything, but she sees herself as better than everyone else, and feels as if they deserve to be injured and filled with pain if they cross her the wrong way. While very loyal to her family and unable to bring herself to hurt them, anyone else besides that is able to be the next person that she wants to make suffer.

Though she's not anxious often, Dawn seems to have a burst of anxiety everytime she's being cared for by a doctor. She gets a lot more quiet when she's anxious, sometimes even to the point where she lets questions directed at her go unanswered simply because she doesn't know what to say and hasn't rehearsed it seven times in her head. She also seems to be more clingy and emotionally unstable when she's nervous, often times talking to others about problems she's having and being unable to take any sort of criticism against her without breaking out into tears. It's understandable that she's like this, after all, she's still only a kit- but as she grows up, she might find that the clingy attitude sticks around as she feels more need for validation in her states of anxiety. It makes her feel as if she's doing something right for once.

There isn't much authority to be found by her typically, but the police that Dawn sometimes witnesses will see her in this manner. She's very crude to those in authority, and she believes that people in higher standing and able to punish those below them should be culled, but she doesn't like in a perfect world where that can happen. She sticks to being rude, Immature, and insubordinate most of the time, while also occasionally going further and going as far as to actually attempt to physically injure someone. She lives injuring authority, and eve though she wouldn't admit it most times, she knows why. She's always had a distaste for the rich, unless they were on her side. They got the worst of his anger when not in the privacy of her own home, which has lead to many injured and sometimes even traumatized kalons in the upper class.

Surprisingly enough, one of her best friends happens to be a prince from some far away land. When she's with friends she acts sort of as a mixture of her public and her private self. She will sometimes go on tangents about how she wishes for someone to become nothing but mush, but she'd never truly act on something like that, it's just wrong. Or, so she says. She does get very angry and defensive though, almost as defensive as she is with her family. With her friends she feels as if she's able to admit her worst fears and her most dark thoughts, leading to reveal that she's more scared of others than they are of her, and how she wants to be feared so that she can protect others, and her friends understand, helping her be more open about her emotions than she could ever wish to be.

Addie is sort of like Dawn's rolemodel. She's always wanted to be an assassin like her mother used to be, but she isn't really at that point in her life yet. However, she does love to play around with her mother, knowing that she would let her get away with a lot more than Castiel and Naomi would. Her personality comes out as fun-loving, mischievous, and a lot calmer than she is when she's without her family. She doesn't have much anger in her around Addie, or any of her family for that matter, she just seems to have a bit of all of her family in her. Addie just happens to bring out the most outgoing and spontaneous side of Dawn. A bit of a shock to some friends, but not too much of a shock to her family. She just happens to be goofier when with her mother.

Castiel hasn't really been Dawn's rolemodel as much as Addie, but he's still been a wonderful influence on Dawn's life, allowing her to be calmer than she is with most of the other members of the family. Dawn tends to mimic the silence of her semi-mute father often when she's hanging out with him, not feeling the need to break the silence when she knows her father can't help her break it most of the time. Dawn becomes a lot more soft when with her father, becoming more susceptible to being snuggle and easier to make fall asleep. She seems to become a teddy bear just like him when she hangs out with him. It's some of the more calm points in Dawn's life, and she acts like all of the time is sleep time when silent, which sometimes makes her easier to deal with her and control her actions.

Dawn's rules with being with Naomi are as follows; be self-conscious and think about everything you do and see if it was right or wrong. Be kind in as many situations as possible, as anything else might be a bit more rude than originally imagined. Understand how much is too much when eating. She become the perfect little morals girl when she's with Naomi, trying her best to not do anything silly, even when Addie is around and she feels the need in her heart to play around as well. She knows that it's only for the best that she is on her very super best behavior, thinking that it'll help her be the best in the future. She does get more angry though, but is quick to catch it and attempt to fix it, which only leads to more anger at herself and it's a very strange emotional state.

As Ryland is supportive of her, she lets herself talk to Ryland without that much of a filter, letting her admit what truly does make her happy, both with her own life and her emotinal state. She's very supportive and understanding of Ryland, and hopes to show him a good example by being extremely brave in front of him because she really does want to help Ryland be strong and brave one day. She's a bit more aggressive around Ryland, mostly because she's so overly protective over her brother that she would fight a plant if it scared Ryland in any way. She also allows herself to be a bit more creative and let those thoughts out to help Ryland come up with come great stories, and Ryland's stories help her let out her ideas, both good and bad, and allow herself to express her own creativity with her brother.

Her adoptive uncle that she lives with when she needs to get an education at a certain place and can't follow her family has become someone who she can trust. She can't help but admit some things that she wouldn't admit to just anyone, allowing herself to be honest and show Jesse that she can be a brave kid, even when her birth family isn't around. She allows herself to be both soft and brave, because while she does want to show that she's still emotional and still needs to be given attention to keep her sane, she also wants to show that she can be brave. She's hyper aggressive much like she is with her brother, because Jesse has taught her enough for her to feel as if her life missed something if he was gone, allowing herself to want to fight anyone who gives him a wrong look.

a knife from mother addie - connected with bravery

The treasure of bravery is a very small knife with serrated blade. The knife is extremely clean, and seems to be taken care of with pride. On the handle, there's a carving that crudely reads 'i lov my mommi' from when Dawn first had the knife, when she was very...VERY young. She always saw Addie as the bravest individual of her family, always going head-first into danger without worry about what could happen. Dawn's always wanted to be like that, and before she left on a journey of her own, Addie armed her with one of the only things she knew how to fight with.

Dawn's knife used to be one of Addie's knives, though it now has been broken on the front to make it serrated, and therefor more deadly to enemies. The rest of her family is somewhat worried about Dawn having that when she's wandering out on her own. Especially Naomi, but Dawn's gotten to the point where if they doubt her, she just promises them that she'll hide it away where it can't be used against her, and that she'll be safe. That calms them down most times.

The treasure of understanding is a potion that has a generous amount of healing potion inside of it. The healing potion has a tag connected to it that reads 'for your journey into the world, for you and others' signed by her father. Castiel was always one of the people in Dawn's life that made her remember to not only care for the family, but also herself and others. With the silence, Dawn learned that sometimes, understanding is found just by listening, and by staying silent in moments where it might seem strange.

The potion also works as a sleeping medication, and in tiny doses, will make Dawn feel calm and soft, able to fall asleep easier. Sometimes, she compares the feeling of being able to sleep to the feeling of being comforted by her father's silence and his embrace when she was being snuggled as a smaller child. She hopes that the potion will help her remember her father when she's out in the world. Castiel knows that Dawn knows the recipe for the potion, and it's one of the ways he knows that the potion bottle will never run dry.

The treasure of Morality is a large archery bow, and a singular arrow for the bow with a large feather trailing behind it, and the front being pointed in a sharp heart. It seems to be easy to shoot, with training bolts and other things attached to it that help the user. Naomi is the reason that Dawn truly knows the meaning of right and wrong. Even if she sometimes was the reason that she didn't have as much fun with Addie than she could have, she knows it was for the best.

Naomi taught Dawn the meaning of self-consciousness without self-hatred. She learned that just because you need to hold yourself accountable to your mistakes and need to know when your mind is in the wrong place, doesn't mean that you're a horrible person just for making a mistake. The bow and arrow only has one arrow, both as a reminder, and as a setback. The bow is not to be used for injuring others, and is instead used to keep Dawn's mind sharp while she's away from home. Naomi knows Dawn won't ever use it to harm others.

The treasure of creativity, a flamboyant wooden flower painted in oranges and blues. with a place to put a real flower so that it can smell all the same while still lasting forever. this treasure was made by both Ryland and Dawn before she left on her adventure and to her new home where she hoped to be educated in a manner that would help her family. Ryland had first cried when he found out that Dawn was leaving, worried about her and wanting to make sure she was safe. Dawn assured him that she would write home, if only just for him.

Ryland had let creativity flow from Dawn, and now the wooden flower that could hold the smells of the world inside would help preserve the creativity. Along with scents, Dawn carried a packet of parchment and a small writing tool inside, knowing that when she'd leave and come to her new homes on her adventures, she'd want to tell Ryland all about it. She'd want to tell Ryland all the secrets she had, all the friends she made, everything. Because she knew that Ryland would always accept her, forever.


a necklace from adoptive uncle figure jesse - connected with ambition

The treasure of ambition, the final treasure so far, and the one connected to the most shaky of topics. Ambition. The treasure is a necklace with a large moon charm on it, and engraved in the charm is the word 'progress'. Jesse was a figure that Dawn never expected to come into her life. A teacher, a friend, and someone to take care of him while her family is away. Not an adoptive father by any means, but an adoptive uncle. And Dawn would never feel the same if he was out of her life again.

Jesse was the one who allowed her to go to education, telling her that in his home town there was a great place to learn, and a place where all children are accepted. He told the great things that Dawn could do with the education that could be provided, and Dawn couldn't help but smile at the ideas that came to her. The necklace reminds her of why she left, to make things better for her family. But sometimes, ambition carves the worst villains out of it's power. Most hope that Dawn isn't next.

Extras: [2000/2000]

Dawn's schooling in town is typically for kids of a higher social standing, most prominently royalty, but thanks to her adoptive uncle, she found her way into the school's attendance. The school has many different teachers, some of which aren't even considered to be legal teachers, and even if they're meant to teach young royalty and nobles, Dawn is still welcomed by all the teachers and students alike. Often times, they'll treat her like she's a noble as well, and seeing as she's part of a friend group with some important figures, it's not that hard to treat her respectfully.

The letters that Dawn sends home aren't the most flamboyant thing in the world, but they certainly have a lot of heart in them. She'll often send back letters in bulk, putting them together in piles that are wrapped together with ribbon or something similar. Each of the letters in the bulk is labelled so that it can go to the family member that is meant to read them. In total, she has about four letters to send out per pack, and she typically does this monthly, so the need for paper isn't much, but it certainly is a need.

Dawn's identity has confused her for a very long time, and the only one she's admitted it to is her brother. In letters sent to him, She'll always update him on her adventure to truly find out where she fits in. She'll often add little tidbits at the end saying what pronouns she is using at the time, and though it's a somewhat slow process, She's been transferring more into they/them pronouns, and in the future, as she grows up a realizes what her heart really is yearning for, those pronouns will turn masculine. That'll be fun to explain.

Dawn has a lot of fur, and I mean a LOT of fur. Because of this, she needs a special kind of grooming to keep herself as prim and proper as she can be. As her hair got more and more out of control, she learned a special technique from her adoptive uncle, another kalon with a lot of fur. After learning the deep cleaning that went into being clean from the inside out, she sent it back to her brother for him to learn as well, but then again, no doubt he would learn something from her father anyhow.

Dawn doesn't use her knife for much. She doesn't cook with it, she doesn't attack people with it in fights, but she does surely use it. The main place she had used it is when she's training with her cultist teacher. It's a more secretive training, but it seems to be the location where she uses the knife the most. While she trains to battle individuals with her knife, even sacrifice individuals by the order of his teacher. She hasn't harmed anyone with the knife yet. Keyword, yet. She doesn't think she ever will, but her teacher knows she will.

Dawn thankfully uses the potion and the recipe for the healing potion for it's intended purpose, as well as the purpose that her father had always told her to use it for. Dawn has made multiple batches of the potion, enough to not only overflow the original bottle, but to have over 20 bottles that are stockpiled for use on others who need it more than Dawn. A lot of the bottles are stocked in the local doctor's home, and Dawn helps the doctor use it on those who need the healing affects of the potion, rather than hogging it.

With only one arrow, the only thing that the bow and arrow can really be used for is archery practice. Dawn has indeed gotten much better at her bowmanship because of this, knowing that she only has one shot to get the bullseye. Because of her time with the bow and arrow, she's even taken the time to look at the bow and come up with a name for the bow, sort of like how one of her friends had named their knife. She decided to name the bow Suzanne, and she's decorated the bow with a tiny pink bow.

The fragrance flower almost always seems to be on Dawn's person, and she refuses to let anyone else see it. It's almost always packed to the brim with both wonderfully good smelling flowers, and very clean parchments. Some have made the theory that the object is connected to her physically. The flower is one of the most commonly used objects she has, and she even has made a special bag for the item that has a felt flower that she made herself attached to it. Even her adoptive uncle can't touch it, or she'll yell and possibly harm him severely.

Dawn's necklace is always on her, though it's not always on her neck. Over time, she's been trying out different places to wear it so that it wouldn't be in the way of everything that she did nowadays. More recently, she's worn it on her wrist, or on her ear. It's strange, but she's always paranoid about losing it, so I guess it's a bit more helpful than it dangling around her neck and causing problems. She also sees the placement of her necklace as a sort of outward expression of identity, sometimes, she'll refuse to wear the necklace properly.

Dawn's best friend is a prince that happens to share most of her classes, along with her best friend, there's also her best friend's brother, who joins them on their little adventures. The three of them always seem to be the trio of chaos, always causing problems for the teachers and especially for Dawn's adoptive uncle. The prince's dads don't seem to mind too much, thinking that the antics are good ways to learn about the world around them. But, one has to admit, after the seventy-ninth time that Dawn comes home with a dead mouse, it gets slightly concerning.

Dawn's teacher, Darrius, has a class with her that takes place in the middle of the night, and that's already a bad start. Their lessons are somewhat like every Kung-Fu movie in existence, training with weaponry, self-motivation, and mentioning some unnamed evil that needs to be defeated for the good of the world or something like that. Darrius isn't supposed to be teaching Dawn, or teaching at all for that matter! The cultist does anyways, and Dawn doesn't seem to mind that she's learning how to sacrifice people. But she thinks it's certainly better than doing math in other classes!

Dawn found a way to support her uncle after a good while of living in an actual town that had potential for work. She actually really loved her job when she found it, working with the local butcher. She didn't exactly know what about slicing up slabs of meat was so fun for her, but at least she was having a good time! She got her own butcher's knife, and even learned how to cut some things that needed a bit more precision. She didn't think the cooking part was any fun, but the slicing part? That was amazingly fun.

Dawn had always loved drawing in the dirt and mud, but when she could practice without getting her paws dirty, her art seemed to improve at a somewhat alarming rate. In a way, having a new way to draw made her love drawing even more! She makes her own inks with a bit of help from the local doctor, and she always refuses to tell people what's actually inside of the ink to make it so vibrant and easy to see. Some people are a bit suspicious about it, but hey! The art is pretty, so who's to judge it?

Dawn getting older unfortunately lead her down a path that wasn't exactly the one that most people wanted her to go down. As her friends became more morally corrupt and confused with their own versions of right and wrong, and as her adoptive uncle fell further and further into a state of depression, she couldn't help but think to herself what right and wrong really meant. Sometimes she would think about what her mother would think, but she couldn't stop herself from her life falling into a state of disarray. She suddenly felt a need to harm others, for justice.

The medieval universe is where she will have the most connection with her birth family. She lives in a cozy little town that's mostly isolated for the education of royals, and moved there after she left the comfort of her travelling life with her family. Thanks to her adoptive uncle, she was able to be a part of royal education without any royal blood in her. In adulthood, she would go with her prince friend and his brother as a group of royals on a mission to take over the world. Though, another thing that Dawn would do is become her friend's wingman as he tried to romance a royal from Russia. In this universe, she becomes the head executioner for her friend's kingdom, and is still good friends with him and his brother. She would still send messages home from the castle she lived in, but she'd hide the fact that her new occupation involved killing individuals that might not even be in the wrong. She'd even hide it from her brother. This would make her upset, sure, but she knew what needed to be done both for her safety and her birth family's safety, even if it's hard.

The modern universe is where she will have the most connections with her adoptive family and her close friends. She lives in a large city in a location only known as 'The Golden Garden', where she lives in an apartment with her adoptive uncle. She writes letters, thinking that they might get to her birth family one day, but often times, she'll give up on it and just cling to the things they gave her before she was forced into an orphanage situation. She still has her friends, but instead of them trying to destroy the world under their iron paws, they end up being more like an edgy teenager gang that doesn't do any real harm to anyone until they're a lot older and join some kind of mafia organization. This universe leads to possibilities of family reuniting, but the possibility is also there that the family will eventually become nothing more than the items they left behind. And while it is sad to think about, sometimes in the world- that's just how it happens. Dawn would always love them of course, even if she never really knew them as much as she wanted to before she was removed.

The pirate universe is very much separated from most relationships, as this AU takes place in a world imagined up by a schizophrenic individual who implements people he knows into his world. Dawn is implemented as the town butcher in a small town that welcomes pirates of all sorts without much issue, but as the story has multiple empty slots needing to be filled for a cohesive story, the cloaked figure that acts as the pirate hunter of the universe also happens to be Dawn- though it's not noticable under the seventeen layers of cloaks. She still has her items, however, though instead of them being from her family, she apparently got them from ancient beings that wanted to give her these artifacts to make her life easier. She's the mayor's adoptive niece, and she seems to treat everyone with a good deal of respect, though there is a kind of informal way of speaking that she uses with most people, but that's just her being friendly. She's very well decorated in this AU, wearing a lot of stylish blue clothing and having a hat that folds behind her head sort of like a stereotypical sleeping cap, but more edgy.

Personality:
Adeline is a playful and enthusiastic kalon who almost never speaks; there are reasons for this: one is that she feels like she can't express herself well enough with words, and the other is because she wants to be a mime! When she speaks, she gives short and straightforward answers only and when she's excited she makes chirping sounds.
Ade is really attentive and patient, a happy little goofball who likes to parody others with miming.
She has a strong fear of not being understood and she'd rather do things alone when it comes to working on something, even when she does require help. Ade often gets uncomfortable when she has to choose between things, but she has a little solution for this problem: she always throws a die to help her decide.
She's a girl who finds everything fascinating and interesting, sometimes she even gets fascinated by small things, like an ordinary snail or a leaf; staring and studying them for a long time.

Likes: being outside when it rains, mimes, spiders
Dislikes: dark, being yelled at, arguing

Her & Addie
Their relationship is quite good; Ade likes to ask her mom to train her and teach Ade everything she knows. She likes to hang out and have fun with her, but she thinks her past job was a bit too cruel for her likes. But fun is fun, and when it's with her mom, she feels like she's having the time of her life!

Her & Castiel
Ade loves her father and she's happy there's someone in the family who can almost 100% understand what she wants to say without actually saying it. Even though Ade herself doesn't like to make potions, she enjoys watching her dad work. She always tries to mimic his moves or entertain her dad with some not-yet-perfect miming.

Her & Naomi
Whenever she's with Naomi, she sometimes finds her moral code a bit weird, but even with that she feels like Naomi is a really good mom. Whenever her mom is angry and starts bickering to Addie, Adeline sneaks behind her and tries to act out whatever Naomi is complaining about at the moment, as a way to try and lighten Naomi's mood.
Ade also likes to go on walks with her, she finds it calming whenever she's with Naomi and Ade sometimes asks her to teach her archery.

Her & her brother
Adeline wants to help Ryland get over his fears, often by trying to get him involved in fun activities. Sometimes though, she can get a bit too pushy for his likes.
She loves listening to and adores her brother's stories, she could just sit and listen to him for hours!

Her bestie:
Ade met Henry when her and Naomi were walking through a market. Henry is indecisive too, and was trying to choose a book to buy but couldn't decide which to get. Ade went up to him and, a bit shyly, showed him her way of deciding stuff.
They met a couple of times in the same way before they started to get to know each other better.
Henry understands almost everything she tries to mime, but sometimes he still needs some help to get what Ade wants to "say.

The things she treasures the most:

Flower in a vial:
It's a bleeding heart flower in a vial of some sort of healing potion.
One time, when they were travelling to a city to get supplies, they went through a field of beautiful flowers, where they took a break. Of course, her brother stopped to pick some and Ade, finding the field astounding, couldn't help but go and help him pick them.
After some time, Ryland came to her with a pink, heart-shaped flower. He gave it to her saying it reminds him of Ade.
Adeline was really happy and asked her dad if he could make a potion for it to keep it alive.

Sparkling white gloves:
Gloves that, when worn, leave a trail of sparkling dust that disappears after half a minute.
She got these as a gift from Addie when she started learning to become a mime. Ade uses it all the time when she's practising or showing her parents what she learned.
