Exotic Bird Dragon OC - Vaas

This is an OC I created for an OC creating contest for Vaas. I'd say this is basically an exotic bird crossed with a dragon. I'm not completely sure. I just kind of did what I thought looked right and this is the end product. I hope you like it! :)
