What are lovebuds?
Lovebuds are small, fluffy animals with a cat-like structure. They have big eyes and small yet swift paws, helping them move around quickly. However, two of the most important parts of a lovebuds body is their tail and little heart on their throat/upper chest; this is called their budheart (might change).
Their tail is strong thought as springy as a cat's tail. It helps a lovebud keep its balance,
as well as move around quickly. The tail tip can be any shape, but it is originally a heart. The tail can be any colour or pattern!

Rules
Every species has some rules; and we are no exception! Please make sure to read the below rules, thank you! <3

General Rules:
➸ Follow all of the chickensmoothie rules! This should be pretty self-explanatory; if anyone is caught disobeying the cs guidelines, they will be reported to a cs mod.
➸ No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or anything similar to that.
➸ No discrimination! No matter what anyone's sexuality, country, religion or race is, we should all be treated equally.

Lovebud Adopts Rules:

➸ Do not beg to win an adopt. This may decrease your chance of getting it!
➸ Sometimes an artist sets up some specific rules for an adopt. Please don't disobey them either!
➸ Lovebuds are a closed species. This means that only artists are able to make adopts.
➸ As of now, you may own up to 15 lovebuds. This may change in the future!
➸ Growths can be done by anyone. (May change in the future.)
➸ Customs can only be made by staff members, yet MYOs can be created by anyone.
➸ Please don't spam this thread, or any other thread associated with lovebuds!
➸ If you'd like to gift a lovebud to someone, please PM me so I can notify the archivist :>
➸ Please don't mini-mod ; we have moderators to help out!
➸ Roleplaying lovebuds is totally fine!
➸ You may only make a lovebud your fursona if you have permission from me and the artist.
➸ A list of edits must always be posted, whether it's on an adopt, transfer, growth, etc.
➸ More rules may be added later; if you have any questions, PM me or any mod!

MYOs and customs:

➸ Customs can be obtainted by receiving golden hearts (GHs). These can be given out by artists if they feel like an entry for an adopt (that didn't win) still should receive some kind of prize or recognition!


5 GHs = custom with no edits.
10 GHs = unlimited common custom
15 GHs = unlimited uncommon and under custom
20 GHs = unlimited rare and under custom

➸ Customs can only be created by artists. To get a custom, I recommend asking an artist, and if they say they can do it, show them proof of your GHs.
➸ MYOs can be created by anyone, and can be purchased in the MYO store (coming soon!)
➸ MYOs and customs count towards your limit of 15 lovebuds.
