I used a randomly generated palette for this. Timer's off, as I did leave it open for a bit, but at 3 hours or so, it's likely the longest I've ever spent on any art piece. I don't usually take this long to do stuff - I just really took my time making this one the best it could be. I'm... pleasantly surprised.

standard // custom sclera, small teeth (one on each side)
common // custom eye shape, custom pupils (if two is alright)
uncommon // small horns
mythical // glow (markings on back and paws)
non-rarity // slit pupils
(7 total mutations)
note - the green markings on paws glow, not the pawpads themselves.

accessories // a silver-chained necklace with a realistic (but fake) dragon's eye pendant and two silver rings looping around the pendant.

I love Kylig Foxes very much and it would be an honor to be an artist for this species.

This is gorgeous, I love the design! ^^

I would recommend trying to blend the green scales(?) around the eye in better with the design, as the black outline makes it seem like it stands out a bit too much. I believe there is a blend tool in ChickenPaint, so maybe you could remove the outline and blend it into the fox's face a little so it seems more natural? I feel like it would look a bit better!

Nonetheless, I'm really interested in your work ^^
