Been working on my contribution to MerMay all week. I wanted her hair to look a bit like Lapis's from Steven Universe as I'm a big fan of it, but only in the front part. It's not really visible since her ear fins get in the way, but she's got a ponytail...
Moving on! It turns out I really like drawing rocks.

...I'll draw something with the little mermaids in the background being the focus later on.

an adorable character and a really nice piece! The only think I noticed was that the right thumb is facing outward instead of inward (I know, I know! I'm sorry for bringing it up!!! If it matters, i once forgot to give a character thumbs altogether and all anyone who didn't read the Disc to the speedpaint cared about was how I gave the character more eyes than he has in canon XD)
I love your use of water and shading, as well as the scenery!

This is lovely and by far my favorite feature of this round. My only advice, however, is that the thumb on the right hand is facing outwards on this piece when it should be facing inwards. ^-^
