Nitina’s? I’m horrible at describing things although so a name is all I got ~w~ I hope it helped! Maybe they come from witches??? I have no idea honestly-

they kinda look like they could be travelers to me? the lantern thing tied round them could be magic or something and could be used to help guide them on their travels?
