the low-down: a rowdy guy who is loud and in charge, his design is as loud as his mouth

a lot of his work includes going to parties or bars and finding out everything he needs to know about someone, usually by trying to become friends with them or friends with their friends - ultimately, he will find out any knowledge he needs to know

his weapon of choice are two custom red chrome pistols which he's named Aya (left) and Suga (Right)
