why? - amaranth is a prince that got the music box from his mother before she died. He keeps it with him and never say or do anything negitive near it, in face its like his peace haven and cant sleep without its soft playing music. And it helps him calm down when his father yells and/or threatens him. The music box keeps him from breaking.
