caesar enjoys pranks. the pranks themselves are usually relatively juvenile and harmless, but ones involving explosives or pointy objects tend to be his favorites. they usually end with him breathless with laughter and giggling for hours after the incident even if the prank itself was not all that humorous. it could also simply be amusement drawn from watching people dance around in an attempt to put out the fire on their pants, who knows?
