princess cake originally made by Sweden consisting of sponge cake, a pastry cream, and a layer of whipped cream. its then covered by marzipan to give it a smooth look. the stereo typical princess cake is green with a pink rose on it, occasionally with chocolate syrup or powered sugar ontop.
or because they reminded me of it steak with lemons
