"Why hello there! I'm professor Evergreen. Come here and you can pick out your first Pokémon." As you walk over to the professor, you see a Mudkip sitting by her. All normal colors except the light blue than ran along it's underbelly and tail was white. There was also a little snip of white on it's front right paw. It squeaks happily up at you. Evergreen chuckles. "This is little Jetstream, he's my helper. I found him one day while I was out walking." She pat his head and he made a noise of appreciation. "Oh! That reminds me, some Pokémon may have different coloring. It's kind of rare, but still more common than shinys. But enough talking, time to pick your starter!"

Your starter shall be random unless you pick the type you want it to be. And remember, it doesn't have to be limited to water, fire, and grass.
I shall roll a dice too to see if you get a normal, special coloring, or shiny!
