Choice of Palette: 5/10
Okay. The messiness of this design distracts from the choice in colors, but it could have been effective if the colors were clear and not blurry throughout the base.

Base Design: 2/20
Aspect 1 - Markings - The colors bleed outside of the base. Additionally, the markings are very smudged and appear messy. Given complete revision, this design could have been effective. Lock Alpha is essential in creating a design.
Aspect 2 - Effects - None noticeable.
