it says "swear to me" because the original meaning of rainbows was God's promise to never destroy the world with a flood again

hello, i'm folly!! i'm not really active here, apart from
art stuff and adopting pets.
i dont do great with PMs from people i havent talked to
before, so please try to avoid sending me a PM unless
its important or art-related!!
i'm kinda slow and forgetful, so please feel free to remind
me if i've forgotten to do something !!
also i use :3 a lot i just think its silly :33
