So I thought my ball python was tongue-less, however a couple nights ago he was opening his mouth a bunch and managed to stick out his tongue, the ends were stuck to the sides at first, and then he managed to get the entire thing out and it flopped out of his mouth, I didn't get any pictures of it, however I did need to ask some people what was going on with him, so I drew these as a visual aid, don't worry he doesn't have RI or anything, we just believe he has a underdeveloped and useless tongue, but is perfectly healthy. But I actually liked how these look, and it's a interesting little thing, so I'm going to post this.

i hope gilan is okay? (does he eat alright? i know balls can be picky eaters but i think that might be the best indicator of his health, that and the quality of his sheds)

Yes he eats in fact he's quite the pig, he even was able to kill his own prey before we got him switched over to frozen thawed, he actually did this around 24 hours after he had eaten, and we were simply changing his paper towels after he had, had time to digest. He functions normally, eats hardily, he's just acts bit weird and has some odd quirks. He just shed well about a week ago to.
