name: juno
gender: male
poem:
"its almost like magic, the sea is so pretty!"
said juno one day while away from the city
"there are seagulls and fish and fluffy clouds today!"
so arlow went to sit with the birds by the bay
the birds made funny noises and caught lots of fish
enough to fill a cup or a bowl or a big golden dish
sometimes juno is allowed to take some home with him
so he can still eat without having to swim
juno likes the beach, but he sometimes gets sad
there is no one to talk to or laugh with and it makes him mad
he wants a friend but no matter how hard he tries
nobody is there with him so some nights, he cries
it all changes one night, when it's stormy and grey
the wind is so strong that the skinny trees sway
he hears a small noise, a knock, small and quiet
if it wasn't so scared, juno would think it's a pirate
so he opens the door and there somebody stands
fur wet from the rain and toes cold from the sand
"h-hello," says the kid
and it changes juno's life more than lots of things did
