Woah! Maybe make the mouth normal and add some little mouths around the side of the horses body? Also the spots/carpet looking things, could the colours maybe be used as accents in some parts? Sorry if that’s asking a lot

okay, so it doesn't really look as good with the mouths clear, so I'm gonna save you the pain of looking at it like that ^^
