more feminine, realistic and have it look better, it just looks awkward <3
*exhales* so, forewarning that I very rarely draw people and my advice, most of what I've learnt is much better taught by youtubers like Proko, Sinix, Borodante etc.
I drew two because I did the one on the left and then realised that it was a bit different from the pose you had, somehow I flipped it along the way or something? Then I drew the other one and that one seems a bit different as well *shrugs* Anyways, on to the explanation.
Proportions
I think your proportions were pretty good, the head was a little big and the waist a liiittle bit narrow for RL people but otherwise human-like.
Making things dynamic
Generally, if you want a dynamic pose, you'd want the face and chest not straight on to the viewer which you've done a bit and that's good! I've got my faces facing one way and the chest facing the other but that's not necessary, it just makes the silhouette curvier/wavy/flowy/energy. What's pulls the pose into an awkward one is the positioning of the legs and feet.
The legs
You've got the feet planted flat on the ground pointing directly opposite each other, this is bad for two reasons,
1. it's not natural, trying to do this with your feet in real life is funny but it isn't comfy
2. It give the feeling that the person is standing firm on the ground which kills the flow of the figure making it look static and awkward
The knee on the left of your figure is facing forward so reason says that the foot should face forward too. No need to draw the whole length of the foot, that's where foreshortening comes in, just draw a little trapezium shape after the ankle to indicate a foot and toes.
Centre of gravity
watch where the centre of gravity is (in-line with the bellybutton in most cases). I have my two leaning on one foot, so the centre of gravity is on one side of the body and the silhouette it gives is asymmetrical. This makes the figure more interesting to look at, it's common in lots of model poses
the long blue line is my line of action, be sure to look it up if you want to know what it is, I've rambled on long enough =u=
