Info on event
Heart Pennes are rarer then most so the artists on this event can do rarer ones.
If I ever make a nursery you only need to just add one of these two (If they are opposite genders)
You are able to make them the same gender if you want.
How much has the rarity changed?
You are allowed to do Common, Uncommon, and Rare edits all you want
You can do Very Rare edits every 4 Common/Uncommon/Rare edits
You can do an Ultra edit for free and one every 10 Common/Uncommon/Rare edits.
If you do a Rare edit you have to do 4 uncommon/common pets, but you can still do a Very Rare one in 3 uncommon/common edits since don't a rare doesn't take any away from you reaching to do another higher one.

What are Penne's?
Penne's and fairly Docile creatures with a feather tail
who originated from france!
They also have wings for ears (They can hear from them)
They're name means quill in french Yet they keep the name penne instead of quill
When they become adults they're tails start to create ink.
