Keep in mind my style is a bit cartoony, so as your style develops this might not suit exactly what you're going for. c:
Some tips:
1. Cat legs tend to be stocky.
2. Legs bend at joints. "Elbow" and "knee" sorta line up with each other.
3. Tails are long-ish.
4. Paws are rounded and "soft".
5. Toes!! Even in a cartoony style, from a profile view you can usually see the little toe and one of the bigger middle toes. From a front view you can draw all four, two bigger circles enclosed by two little circles.
My only pieces of advice are to draw a lot and draw from references! CS has a bunch of free references you can use, if you have a cat you can use them, and using google for references is fine for things like sketchbook practice. c:
Hope this helps! :3
