Timer is off, had to screw around with layers for a while.

The title says it all. But before you start, read these instructions real fast.

Don't tamper with the "Don't touch me! >:O" layers, or else you'll mess up the drawing (and I'll ignore yours).
Add me to the drawing once you post it, so I can draw your character over it.
Please note just because you're coloring in a dragon doesn't mean you'll get a dragon. I just doodled a dragon as it's the easiest thing I could do with a junk trackpad. (MSi laptop. Eh.)

These will be done as a side project, as I have a commission to finish once my iPad is repaired.

Please only make one, I don't have my Wacom tablet with me so it's very hard to draw.
