Tengkorak means skull in the Malay language, there are a billion things I love about this lad, but that little eyepatch is way up there on the top of it, so as nonthreatening as I feel this guy is (I just want to cuddle him) I do feel the largely white head with the dark patch by the eye is reminiscent of a skull.
