What is a Guppy?
Found in temperate and tropical locations around the world, Guppies are a species of
reptile-like mammals. They have snake noses and semi-prehensile tails, meaning
they can gently grasp things with their tails, but not necessarily grab or be able
to support themselves hanging from them. On rare occasion, a Guppy will drop
its tail when threatened.

maria can come off as a little intimidating to those who don't really know her.
some might find her usual quickness and tendency to jump from one thing to
another to be a little scary, especially when she's in one of her creative moods.
she's not the type to easily give up on something, she loves a challenge and is
very competitive. maria is very social, she has a huge group of friends that she
absolutely adores and would never abandon for the world.

even though she is quick-witted and friendly, maria does have a dark side as everyone
does. if anyone tries to cross her she becomes very spiteful and will find ways to
get her revenge. this means she will get even no matter what, and she'll go to
extreme lengths to inconvenience someone she greatly dislikes. maria can be a little
manipulative when there's something she really wants, she'll find anyone who seems
unsuspecting and will make them do what she wishes, promising them she'll stay friends
with them only to leave them deserted and ignored when the deed is done.

maria loves to tell stories, and since she is very dramatic when she speaks she finds
that telling stories is a good fit for her. usually, she'll over exaggerate things and add
in weird jokes. her sarcasm and strange humor is sure to draw you in, and sooner or
later you'll be waiting for a chance to hear her speak.

when it comes to attracting others, maria does a very good job at drawing them in
with her flashy outfits and outgoing personality, but she's not very good at talking to
people she finds interesting or "better than her". she's very awkward when it comes
to this and tends to avoid people who she thinks are too good for her for fear of messing
up and being pointed out and/or ridiculed.

overall maria is as lightning fast and inconsistent as you can get, but she's a charming gal
with a love for stories and anything weird. even though she can take a while to get to know
someone (due to the fact that's she's all over the place), once you earn her trust and interest
you'll have a friend for life.

personality; Mandarine is quiet, kind and easily embarrassed, but is also stubborn and extremely competitive, kind of rough looking on the outside and soft on the inside. She likes to do things at her own pace and could be considered free-spirited or carefree. She is soft-hearted and easily devastated in the face of failure, so much so that she can slip into a depression for months, but nobody would know what that hard shell masks, because she will always act the opposite if what she really feels. Likes to read books and live her life in an "old-fashioned" way, wearing a lot of dresses and jewelry that resembles renaissances fashion somehow. She is very fixed with her own ways and believes, in a way that "her way is the best way", and Mandarine can find it pretty hard to let go of that ideology. That can also make her a loyal friend, because her word is his bond, and she takes that very seriously. Can pretty much act like an air head most of the times, she doesn't like to be nosy and prefers to keep her doings, as she calls "confidential matters" to herself.
