he's a desert emperor who rules over a large portion of the continent by instilling fear in the people. His reign is comprised of pure heartless brutality - he spares no man, woman, or child whom disrespects or spites him and his throne.
the rightful previous emperor was his cousin, whom he slain and overthrew in order to take the throne for himself
basically a tiny man with a lot of hair but a rlly big attitude and blood lust
