Ew the tail whyyy I kept redoing it over and over but eventually just gave up ;O; same thing with the glow stick charm x.x

The markings sort of glow, I was going to do those stripes all over the body but I didn't like how they turned out, if someone can please pm me with tips on how to do the tribes that would be awesome
