OK I am about to ramble on about what vampires in this world are like.
Vampires are different then the ones in most of the stories humans think up.
They don't drink blood and they don't burn up in the sunlight. Though they easily get sunburns.
The blood theories came from the fact that vampires can't die from loss of blood if someone is the reason they are bleeding
Vampires at an age (10-15) find a knife somehow and suddenly they are bonded with it.
The knife is enchanted like it can turn into other weapons or can create fire blasts (Eleanor's can duplicate itself but only 10 every minute, if she does too many all the ones she has at the moment disappear.) Probably the easiest way to kill a vampire is to break his/her's knife (It has to be the real one.) they die if it breaks.
